Meet Amy
Certified Health & Life Coach
Her Journey to Health – and Helping Others on Theirs
Amy’s passion for helping others improve their health and lives comes from personal experience. Like many, she has faced times when her choices weren’t the healthiest. These experiences shaped her approach to wellness—with curiosity, compassion, and realism.
In her mid-twenties, Amy began making small, gradual changes. She started exercising more consistently and quickly noticed the benefits of fueling her body with healthier food and reducing her alcohol intake. These shifts didn’t happen overnight, but over time, they made a lasting impact.
She often describes health as a journey—because it truly is. There’s no final destination; it evolves as we do. For Amy, that journey began by replacing one unhelpful habit at a time with something healthier.
A Certified Personal Trainer for nearly 20 years, Amy has made movement a cornerstone of her life and coaching. In 2020, she earned her Pilates certification—though she humorously refers to it as “Pies and Lattes.” Like yoga, Pilates strengthens the mind-body connection and helps individuals quite literally find their core.
When Amy discovers something that helps her feel healthier, stronger, or more grounded, she loves sharing it with others. At the same time, she holds deep respect for the fact that every body is different—and what works for one person may not work for another.
Amy believes that health and wellness are more fulfilling when approached together, as a team or a community. She remains deeply grateful for those who supported her own journey and is committed to walking alongside others on theirs—no matter where they’re starting from
